Finance and Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

Administer, manage and monitor the accounting and finance system and report.

Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures.

Manage a team of Supervisors and Staffs to provide a timely and accurate reports to the Management.

Assist Management with current system and improve back office functionalities.

Requirements:

Female, max. 28 years old with minimum 2 years experience in the same role.

Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring Accounting or Computerize Accounting

Have knowledge of Indonesia current Tax regulation and having experience in handling tax audit and compliance.

Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, have enthusiasm to learn business processes.

Good command both written and spoken in English.

Leadership skill, good time management, honest, excellent interpersonal skill, strong sense of urgency, problem solving and self-motivated

Excellent report writing as well as presentation skills
