Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading management consulting firm. This respected multinational company is seeking a leader for the Finance and Performance Management Team, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role is primarily focused on developing innovative management solutions, working together with client CFOs to tranform the finance functions of their respective companies into world-class organizations. This role is open to an individual with a passion for working in the consulting area and a person who enjoys challenges.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial process redesign
  • Help clients align finance function with business objectives
  • Provide an integrated approach to process improvement that will help the finance department maximize its strategic value internally and externally
  • Consult with organizations cross-industry to deliver measurable value in the area’s of Finance Operations, Enterprise Performance Management and Corporate Finance
  • Analyze and organization’s performance and capabilities
  • Work with client to define and implement process, technology and organizational improvements
  • A minimum of 80 percent spent of working week at client company

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years working in finance operations, corporate finance or planning/budgeting/forecasting
  • 2+ years working for management consulting firm in financial process consulting (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business
  • CPA, Masters in Accounting or MBA preferred
  • Experienced working with CFO on finance strategic solutions
  • Sound track record in enhancing company’s financial performance preferred
  • High confidence level with excellent communication skill
  • Detail oriented and knowledge of basic financial models and strategy
  • Good analytical thinking and ability to create solutions out of analysis
  • Ability to lead a team by example
  • Ability to travel 100% and work flexible hours
  • Fluent in English (required)
