As a part of our fast growing business, we are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position :

SENIOR ACCOUNTING FOR PALM OIL PLANTATIONS

RESPONSIBILITY

Plans, directs, organizes and schedules the activities of accounting functions.

Interprets various accounting data, analyzes reports and recommends and/or initiates actions to be taken.

Ensure that financial statements, cash flows, and budgets are prepared in an accurate and timely manner

Review/prepare daily reports on cash flow & payables

Review/prepare corporate tax reports

Review/prepare company’s financial performance at all times

Solve problem, create procedures and continually improve internal system to ensure its effectiveness

Coordinate with the external auditors and all other relevant government authorities

REQUIREMENTS

Male/Female, max 35 years old

S1 from a leading university with minimum GPA 2.75

Min 4 years experience in Accounting field

Experience in palm oil plantations is a must

Experience in leading Public Accountant Firm is preferable

Good knowledge in taxes

Good command in English is an adventage

Self-motivated,  initiative and able to work under minimum supervision

Job Scope

Liaise with customer to follow up customer order

Issue documentation such as Delivery Order, Return, Invoice, Credit Note and Faktur Pajak

Administration and document filing

Preparing export documentation

Liaising with local distributor

Checking and analyze stock and sales reports

Stock movement monitoring

Requirement

Degree holder

Female

Minimum two year experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Familiar with SAP B1 is an advantage

Fast Learner

Proactive, Meticulous, team player and independent

Positive and good working attitude

Dedicated and responsible

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Good analytical thinking
