Senior Accounts Executive/Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of full spectrum of company accounting functions and provide support to accounting teams.
  • Monthly closing and review of accounting entries to ensure accuracy & compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial reports & analysis.
  • Annual & monthly budgeting and cashflow planning.
  • Inter-company billing and reconciliation.
  • Liaise closely with bankers, auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure good internal control measures are always in place and adherence to corporate policies and operating procedures.
  • Company Taxation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional qualifications, i.e. ACCA/CIMA/SI/SII or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and any accounting software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills and able to interact/influence all level of staffs, both locally and internationally.
  • Independent, meticulous, proactive and results driven with ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Applicants should be Indonesia citizens or hold relevant resident status.
  • Fluent in English Speaking and Writing.
