Advertising Account Executive (Based in Jakarta)

We seek an articulate, intelligent, outgoing and aggressive person who desires a synergistic environment that lends itself towards new business development subject to strength and domination of global sports and entertainment markets based on the ability to produce the finest digital media programs available within their genre across multiple media platforms. Our media properties dominate the top-tier destination on the online sports and entertainment in this space.
Job Description:
The company will provide comprehensive training in terms of digital media solutions, account planning & management, negotiation technique and interpersonal selling skills.
This advertising account executive/manager will work closely with our product managers to create opportunities for cross platform advertisers and agencies with local and regional outlook.
To evaluate specific business categories and market trends by identifying prospective accounts that are targeting consumers who are highly sought affluent 21 – 45 demographics.
To develop digital media proposals, meet and present the media entitlements and creative sponsorship ideas to leading consumer brands and media agees.
To enhance relationship with our existing clients (eg. Nike, Adidas, Unilever, P&G, XL, etc.) and develop new business opportunities with potential advertisers.
To expand a spreadsheet of active accounts and prepare accurate forecasts of monthly and annual sales revenue for our media properties.
Job Requirements:
To understand our clients’ business in relation to key staff, marketing objectives, budgeting cycles, etc.
To maintain regular contact via telephone, face-to-face and business / social relationships with key individuals within the digital advertising community in Indonesia
To be aware of all upcoming briefs, account and personal changes within your client base.
To follow up on our existing advertisers’ Request for Proposals (RFP).
To have a passion for digital media, sports and entertainment industry
With good PC skills and well versed in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
To have a desire and drive to succeed in annual sales revenue in order to gain personal financial success.
