Qualification :

Female, age 25-28 year

min. Architecture / Interior / Civil, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Experience min. 1-2 year in Estimator Contractor Architecture / Interior

Honest, Hardworker, Discipline and High loyality

Fluent in English is a plus

Owns vehicle and valid driving license

Required  Skills : AutoCAD, MS Office

Available in team work & Under pressure

Responsibilities:

Possess good knowledge in design techniques, principles of design

Fast in Calculate & Knowledge about Material Interior / Architecture / Furniture

Can read production of drawings (conceptual and shop drawings)

Good interpersonal and communication skill, patient and trustworthy

Enthusiastic and capable to work under low supervision

Finance & Accounting SPV

Summary of Job  :

Responsible for ensuring that a business’s financial records are kept up to date and accurate. She must provide advice to the company on financial decisions, including tax issues, finance operational reporting

Responsibilities :

Oversees calculating, posting, verifying, and typing duties to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records

Leads most day to day operations of group (project admin, Bank, Petty cash etc)

Handling personal account

Ensure that monthly financial reports accountable and auditable

Qualification :

Female  30 – 35  years old

S1 Finance/Accounting from reputable university

Having  1 years experience as Finance & Accounting SPV

Computer literate (MS Office)

Hard worker and fast learner

Honest, Integrity, Good interpersonal and communication skill

Able to work both individually and as a team player

Can join immediately
